The relationship between Basketball NSW and Perfect Vision will allow all Basketball NSW members to receive a 5% discount on any laser or non-laser procedure (the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount Perfect Vision may offer from time to time).

In order to receive your 5% discount, simply state your name, association and Basketball NSW member number during any of these occasions:

• Initial patient inquiry
• Initial patient appointment
• Prior to treatment booking
