LEVEL 1 COURSE UPDATE - REACCREDITATION FOR EXISTING
LEVEL 1 NCAS COACHES
Level 1 coaching accreditation has to be renewed each four years. It is up to coaches to keep their accreditation current. If you allow your accreditation to expire, you may have to resit the course. The expiry date of your accreditation is shown on your NCAS card. Reminder notices are not usually sent out to coaches when their accreditation is expiring, however coaches who have allowed their NCAS Level 1 accreditation to expire some time ago and failed to reaccredit should contact the Coaching Department at Basketball NSW to explain their situation and to have their case reviewed. Coaches who have had been in expired status for a prolonged period of time and/or who do not comply with reaccreditation requirements may have to re-sit the Level 1 Coaching Course or complete special make-up assessments.
Coaches whose accredtation will expire in the near future or has only recently expired can donwload the neccessary forms they need from this page.

LEVEL 2 COURSE UPDATE - REACCREDITATION FOR EXISTING
LEVEL 2 NCAS COACHES
Level 2 coaching accreditation has to be renewed each four years. It is up to coaches to keep their accreditation current. If you allow your accreditation to expire, you may have to resit the course. The expiry date of your accreditation is shown on your NCAS card. Reminder notices are not usually sent out to coaches. Information regarding the accreditation points system is provided to Level 2 coaches when they receive their initial NCAS accreditation. All applications for Level 2 reaccreditation must be initially submitted to BNSW with a $20.00 (GST inclusive) processing fee for approval. After approval, BNSW will apply to the Australian Sports Commission to have your Level 2 NCAS accreditation renewed and a new card issued to you.
