The Under 12 Skills days are designed to offer Junior Basketballers from EVERY ASSOCIATION the opportunitytoreceive the expert coaching required to development their skills to the highest possible level.
These Skills Days are for players of any standard!
The Coaching Program concentrates on the individual skills that players in the Under 12 Division should be able to master by the time they graduate to the next age division.
Skills Days commence at 10.00am and conclude at 3.00pm. Players can attend any venue. Please note that selection numbers for each venue for the U/12 Jamboree depend on the number of top age U/12 players attending skills day venues. Therefore it is recommended that you attend the venue most convenient to you and concentrate on having a good time.
The Cost to attend the skills days is $50.00 per person (includes GST). Each participant receives a full day of coaching, skills day muscle shirt, basketball & Waterbottle. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch, drinks and snacks for the day.

Saturday 3rd October - Wednesday 7th October - Port Macquarie Sports Stadium
At each of the U/12 Skills Days a number of players will be selected to attend the 2009 U/12 Basketball Jamboree to be held in Port Macquarie from Saturday 3rd October to Wednesday 7th October.
Players, Coaches and Managers will “live in” at suitable accommodation in Port Macquarie. The cost to attend the Jamboree is $370.00 and includes accommodation, meals, uniforms, game fees, activities, T-shirt and souvenir photo. Players are put into teams with other players from all over NSW and spend four days playing basketball, participating in other social activities and having a great time.
Top age players will be preferred in the initial selection of 72 Boys and 72 Girls to attend the Jamboree.

21st November – 24th November - Albury Sports Stadium
From the Jamboree approx 40 Boys & 40 Girls will be selected to attend the Great Murray National Jamboree in Albury from Saturday 21st November – Tuesday 24th November. This event involves players from Victoria, ACT, New Zealand and South Australia.
